1988 - The Ard Chliain D349 in Cill Rónáin Harbour, Inis Mór, Aran Islands.

This boat once belonged to the renowned Aran fisherman Gregory Conneely.  Sadly she was broken up in approximately 2010. but at the time this photograph was taken she was still in use.

This image created interest on my Instagram account with an Irishman coming forward to comment that it had belonged to his father Gregory.  Another man, local to the island, remarked that the photograph was an important document to the fishing life of the island.
