County Kerry 

1990 - Peig Sayers' birth place in An Bhiocáire on the Dingle Peninsula, abandoned and derelict.  Little did she know that she would grow up to marry into the Blasket Islands, one of them Just discernible in the distance through the sea mist -  the island of Inis Tuaisceart, also known as Inishtooskert, the Dead Man and the Sleeping Giant.  It is the most northerly of the Blasket Islands.
