Connemara

1988 - This man no doubt works the land and is taking his donkey out to collect peat before the winter sets in.  No fancy blanket for the donkey, just an old industrial polythene bag, its edges hemmed with blue baler twine.  I have nothing against the Irish people taking peat for their own use, but I condemn its commercial harvesting.
