1985 - Tralee, the Blennerville Windmill without its sails, before restoration.  Tralee Urban District Council purchased this windmill, which had been built in 1800, but was by then in a ruinous state. Restoration completed, the windmill with its new sails was opened to the public in 1990. There is now a Visitors’ Centre there, together with a Craft Centre, Exhibition Gallery and Restaurant.
